The Role:
Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking a full-time Junior Graphic Designer to compliment our team in our Mittagong Head Office. The Junior Graphic Designer at Bespoke Letterpress is responsible for supporting the development and execution of beautiful, high-quality designs that reflect the brand's values of beauty, elegance, craftsmanship, quality, and sustainability.
Working closely with the Creative Director, Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing coordinator, Operations Mgr and Ecommerce coordinator this role assists in the creation of premium stationery, lifestyle products, packaging, and marketing assets across multiple collections and channels. The Junior Graphic Designer will continue developing their creative and technical skills while contributing to the consistent delivery of exceptional design work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of luxury stationery and lifestyle products including gift wrapping paper, greeting cards, planners, notebooks, journals, calendars, and seasonal collections.
- Prepare production-ready artwork under the guidance of senior team members.
- Contribute ideas and concepts during product development and creative planning.
- Produce accurate layouts, mock-ups, and artwork files for print and production.
- Complete photo editing to company guidelines.
- Support each department within Bespoke Letterpress with graphic design tasks.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Qualification in Graphic Design or currently completing a Graphic Design degree or diploma.
- 1–2 years' experience in a graphic design role, internship, or similar creative environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity, strong layout skills, typography, and attention to detail.
- Basic illustration skills and an interest in developing illustration techniques.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- An understanding of print production processes and artwork preparation is desirable.
- Passion for stationery, design, premium branding, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Pick & Packer, you'll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently and beautifully presented.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking customer orders accurately.
- Packing orders to our premium presentation standards.
- Replenishing warehouse shelving and picking locations.
- Preparing wholesale and retail store orders.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
